Sessions

The sessions are held on the comfortable deckchairs, accompanied by properly chosen music (roaring sea, rustling wind, rain, singing birds) which helps you to relax and calm down.

Colour-therapy set which is installed in the grotto also has great influence on your good mental form. Warm colours (yellow, orange and red) have stimulating and energizing effects.

The session starts punctually every hour. The time of stay in the cave is 45 min.

Patients come into the cave in their clothes and they put disposable protectors on their shoes.

Please attend 10-15 minutes before the start of your session.
